Group 1

Ages 2-3

In our sculpture classes for the littlest artists aged 2-3, we focus on introducing them to the joy of sculpting in a way that's fun, safe, and perfectly suited to their developmental stage. Using soft, non-toxic materials like playdough and clay, we guide them through basic hand-building techniques. They get to squish, roll, and shape the materials, creating simple forms like balls and basic figures. These sessions are designed to be sensory-rich and engaging, helping to develop their fine motor skills and tactile awareness. We ensure a playful and nurturing environment where tiny hands can explore, create, and have fun with the basics of sculpture.

Ages 4-7+

In our sculpture classes for kids aged 4-7, we introduce them to the fun world of sculpting with more advanced yet age-appropriate techniques. They'll learn to create everything from simple figures and animals to imaginative objects. These classes are a blend of guided instruction and creative exploration, allowing young artists to experiment while learning about form and texture. Ages 8-14+

The classes strike a balance between teaching these new techniques and giving students the freedom to express their creativity. These classes are grouped by age to ensure appropriate content and teaching methods. We focus on creating a supportive and inspiring atmosphere for young artists to explore and express their creativity.
For Adults: Our studio offers a wide range of art classes tailored for adults. These include beginner courses for those just starting their artistic journey, as well as more advanced classes for experienced artists looking to refine their skills. Our adult classes cover various mediums such as painting, drawing, sculpture, and digital art.
Family Classes: In addition to individual classes for adults and kids, we occasionally offer family workshops where parents and children can create art together. These sessions are a great opportunity for families to bond and enjoy art as a shared experience.

Do I need to bring my own supplies?

For most classes, we provide all necessary materials. However, for some advanced courses, we might recommend that students bring their own specialized materials. Please check the specific class requirements.

How can I sign up for a class?

You can sign up for our classes online through our website, over the phone (646)752-2858 GMP Art Class, or by visiting our studio in person. We recommend registering in advance as classes can fill up quickly.

What are the class sizes?

We maintain small class sizes to ensure personalized attention for each student. Typically, our classes have between 5 to 10 students.

Are there any open studio times available?

Yes, we offer open studio times where artists can come in and use our facilities to work on their projects. These sessions are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Can I host a private event or party at the studio?

Absolutely! Our studio can be booked for private events, birthday parties, corporate team-building workshops, and more. Please contact us for details and reservations.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations to receive a full refund. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class, we offer a credit for future classes.

Is the studio accessible for people with disabilities?

Our studio is fully accessible. If you have specific needs or questions, please contact us so we can make your experience as comfortable as possible.
